This customer purchased a Tip 'n Roll Ready for Graphics sign. As you will read, they were a little frustrated with the product: I have received the sign from the order below and want to tell you I am quite disappointed by it. From the pictures on your website, there is no way to tell the sign panel is a cheap, flimsy, piece of thinwall hollow plastic. I expected a solid piece of either plastic or a coated board. Your website says 'no hassle' when moving, but it is far from that. The base does not "track" well and it causes the sign board to go into a bend that I am very worried that we will one day bend it to a break. We are extremely careful when moving it, but I really think it's only a matter of time before we do irreparable damage to it. And finally, because of the type of material the panel is made from, we live in fear the we will slice open our fingers when pulling it because of the sharp edges in the handle cut-out. We had it professionally printed before assembly or I would have trashed the panel and bought and cut something more substantial before printing. It does indeed look great, and it is a great idea, but it is too cheaply made and I would not recommend it to anyone. After I sent an email response, the customer also said this: A "2" [on a scale of 1-5] is about right. Go ahead and post it. Would it have been that more costly to have used a solid plastic or melamine coated board so it would be more structurally sound? that would have been a 5 star deal. Thanks for returning your comments.
