This contract includes the following:

• Standard Form 1449, solicitation 3FNG-MG-060002-B Refresh 12 issued September 19, 2008, dated 6/22/2009 plus the contractor's Final Proposal Revision Letter dated 9/1/2009.
• The period of performance for this contract is September 15, 2009 through September 14, 2014, with three single five-year options at the Government's discretion.
• This contract includes Special Item Numbers (SINs): 366-11 Signs
• The negotiations are based on the following price lists: Agile Perm's Dealer Price List effective January 2009
• The Government receives a basic markup of 15.7% for all products (Inclusive of the 0.75% Industrial Funding Fee) from Agile Perm's dealer price list effective January 2009.

Contractors MUST bill prices to agencies INCLUSIVE of the IFF, and not as a separate line item.

• Prompt Pay Discount: None, Net 30 days
• Contractor will accept government credit cards up to the agency's limit or the micro threshold amount of $3,000 whichever is greater.
• Delivery Terms: 21 days ARO
• The FOB point for this contract is Origin
• Minimum Order: $100
• Maximum Order: $100,000 as established per clause 52.216-19 Order Limitations (OCT 1995)

• Price Reduction Clause:

In accordance with clause 552.238-75, Price Reduction, the category of customer upon which this award is predicated is Educational Institutions for SIN 366-11 who receive net pricing from Fountainpoint's Commercial Price List. The 15% markup from dealer net received by the Government after inclusion of IFF (0.75%) is increased to 15.7% for SIN 366-11. The relationship established between the Government and this category of customers shall be maintained throughout the contract period. Further, for the purpose of the price reduction clause, any changes in Fountainpoint's commercial pricing arrangement for the identified category of customer, Educational Institutions, that disturbs this relationship will constitute a price reduction and will result in an equivalent improvement in the Government's pricing. Fountainpoint will notify the Government if they change any pricing or discounting structure with any commercial customer categories.

• *In accordance with Clause 552.238-74, Industrial Funding Fee, the Government receives a basic markup of 15.7% for SIN 366-11 inclusive of IFF (0.75%). However, the price reduction is based on the basic discount agreed upon prior to allowance of 0.75%.
