Required for the Sky Wired Ethernet Service whenever the Skysign Client Program cannot be successfully downloaded from the Skysign Website. It is only needed when the host PC is not robust enough for the application, or firewall issues with the host computer are too restrictive to allow access to the normal client. This is a true Plug and Play Device which only needs an open Ethernet port for connectivity.
